New York Webquest

Which was the most interesting website you visited and why.  Mention 3 things you would like to do if you visited NYC. Leave a comment on my blog and on the blogs of 3 classmates 1. Statue of Liberty The  ticket prices for visiting the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island with Ferry Trasfers are $31.80 dolars.  T o get there by ferry from Manhattan you have to take the bus, taxi o metro to Jersey City, and then to the Statue City Cruises battery Park.  2. Central Park There is so many places to vitsit there, one of them is the Central Park Zoo, to see animals. I didn't knew that there was a zoo there, but if you want to there you have to pay about $18 dolars, is cheap . Also, you can go to free places like Belvedere Castle, Cherry Hill, Sheep Meadow, Reservoi, and more. I went to Central Park in winter and I expected to see the beautiful trees but there were with no leaves, most of then are perennial. Anyways, it was so nice to be there. T o reach Central Park by subway it depends

On my radar

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to make a comment about the Snapshot section of The Guardian. Among all the snapshots I read about, Sophie Duker caught my attention. She is a comedian raised in London who appears in TV comedy. I like comedy, but I have to admit that stand-up doesn't often make me laugh. However, I'm going to watch Sophie's show later, she seems funny. Sophie talked about a variety of cultural topics. She mentioned a bar she often visits in Amsterdam, her musical tastes, specifically how she loves to attend comedy musicals in London. And some activities she enjoys, like pole dancing, which is really cool. She also spoke about activism with her friends and more. She showed some really interesting topics, but the one that caught my attention the most was the Barrio bar, especially because of the diversity of people who frequent it. Been queer, trans, and people of color. I really enjoy visiting spaces where I can relax with my friends, and I think I would

A happy day in Happyland

Last weekend I went to happyland with my friends on a Friday. We were having lunch in the university and we wanted to do something fun after we got busy, so we coordinated to go the next to play some games in the happyland. So many of my friends assisted. We were ten in total, lol. It was Rebeca, Bruno, Lukita, Kim, Bri, Gaby, Mane, Vicente, Benjita and I.  We played a lot of games. I especially like the shooting games, the básquet one, and guitar hero. I had so much fun in those. We all were so excited to get in the crashing cards too, that game it’s my top one in all the games, and the favorite of my friends. Fortunately, we all could drive the cards because they had enough for us. I have driven those a lot of times so it was funny to crush everybody hahahah. While playing, I hit Bruno so hard that my arm hurt the next day, but that totally worked. We played two times that game. My friends and I enjoyed that day a lot. I hope we can go again soon.
